Please complete the form below to book a place for you and your toddler at Cygnets next Monday morning at 9.30am to 11.30am.

There is a limit on numbers so when that limit is reached booking will automatically close. You will be sent an email confirming your booking - please read this email carefully once you receive it as it will contain important information.

Please note:
- All adults will need to sign-in (NHS App or sign-in sheet), wear face coverings and respect social distancing.
- Parents/carers will need to stay with their toddler(s) and your children remain your responsibility throughout.
- There is a charge of £2 per adult payable by cash only on entry please.
- Please bring your own snacks/drinks at the present time.
- Maximum of one adult per child please. For additional adults/children please complete the form again.
- Bookings need to be made weekly.
