The Unicity Shoplot is situated behind Chicago & SCR and Medan Supermarket, offering a prime location for your stay. Our brand-new, fully furnished accommodations are designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and convenience.

Each single room is thoughtfully furnished with the following amenities:
1. 3 feet Single bed with a comfortable mattress
2. Wardrobe for your belongings
3. Table with a lockable drawer
4. Plastic chair for seating
5. Power sockets for all your electronic needs
6. LED lighting for a cozy ambiance
7. Window with curtains
8. Wall fan to keep you cool
9. Air-conditioning (applicable to air-con room types) - Note: Electricity usage exceeding RM100 per room will be charged to the student based on electric meter readings.
10. Timber flooring for a sleek and modern look
11. Emergency escape plan displayed behind each room door
12. Soundproof partitions for enhanced privacy

In addition to the individual rooms, our units/shop lots provide the following amenities:
1. Timber flooring throughout (excluding the pantry and washroom areas)

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Hostel New Application (For 1st apply; Withdraw from Hostel Before)
1. Fill in this google form.
2. SDSC will insert the applicant name & roommate details (if any) in reservation list.
3. SDSC will email back the applicant on room details (Room no been allocated, where to get the room card etc) - normally within 2 weeks before registration.
4. Applicant can made the payment through online transfer after AARD open online registration (normally 2 weeks before registration), the bank in or transfer slip can be upload in online registration system.
5. Student can ask for more info through e-mail after SDSC staff notified details no.3.
6. The hostel price, rules and notice can be found at https://sdsc.uts.edu.my/ > Student accommodation
7. Fill in the Hostel Application google form (online) during registration week.
