All about me - starting Reception at Bridgewater School
To support your child to make a confident transition from home to school and to enable us to build important home-school links, please can you fill in the following information for us.  

We understand that families are unique and special come in many different combinations. Information shared is entirely voluntary and will support us to foster positive home school links with parents and other care providers. This in turn will help us to plan learning experiences that meet the individual needs and interests of the children through a balanced provision of adult-led and child-initiated opportunities. The information from this ‘All about me’ form will be shared with Early Years staff and the photos you provide us with displayed in the classroom.
