BASES Schedule Change Request

Once you have registered for BASES, to make a permanent change or to withdraw from the program - a 10 school days written notice is required via the online Schedule Change Request.  Verbal schedule changes are not accepted, nor will they be honored at any time

  • Schedule Changes:
    • to be Effective 1st Day of School: Forms must be received at the Litchfield Office before August 10
    • Effective the Monday following 10 School Days: any forms received at the Litchfield office after August 10
  • Withdrawals
    • if received before August 10 - Registration fee is non-refundable, No additional fees.
    • if received August 11 through 1st Day of School - family must pay tuition for the first two weeks of school.
    • if received after the 1st Day of School - a ten school day notice is required.
  • If more than two schedule changes are made within the same school year, there will be a $15.00 charge for each additional change to cover administrative fees  
  • Please remember due to licensing regulations additional days cannot always be guaranteed for any wanted additions.  
Received After May 31 - Families will be financially obligated to pay for their child’s current schedule through the remainder of the school year.  No changes will be processed.
