Parent Survey
The Diamond R-IV School District would like your input into our Title I services and programs offered at Diamond Elementary School for the students and parents.  Unfortunately, our school year with COVID-19 restrictions, we have been unable to do our Title I activities as we have in the past.  We look forward to getting back into a normal school year and bringing back Title I parent involvement.  We value your input and it will help guide our services offered in the future.  Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.
