President: Oversees the PTG Board and works as a liaison for parents; Facilitates and presides over PTG Board Meetings; Communicates on behalf of the PTG to the Parish Community (school & church); Executes Fundraising Events
Vice-President: Works closely with the PTG President; Assumes delegated responsibilities from the President; Represents the President in his/her absence, or upon request
Secretary:  Designs and solicits agenda items for PTG meetings (coordinates with the President and Principal); Records and maintains minutes of PTG meetings and distributes them to Board Members; Maintains a copy of current Bylaws and Standing Rules; Calendars PTG meetings; Sends reminder emails for meeting place & time as necessary
Treasurer: Works with Parish Accounting office to ensure payments and invoices have been distributed and collected according to specific billing and contract agreements made; Coordinates sales and reconciliation of funds received at events; Assists event chairs with event transactions and money management
Sponsorship Coordinator: Works with local and national business and other sources to procure donations, sponsorships, and partnerships for  school fundraising events; Updates the school website to include sponsorship forms, new sponsors for events, and requests for sponsorship
Lead Room Parent Coordinator: Acts as the point of contact for all Room Parents (Preschool through 8th grade); Communicates needs of Room Parents per classroom event or fundraiser; Serves as Lead Coordinator for Basket and Art Projects for the annual auction fundraiser
Volunteer Coordinator: Creates and maintains volunteer master list from service hour commitment letters; Works with event chairs to determine volunteer opportunities based on event needs; Promotes and manages St. Columba volunteer website(s) to schedule and confirm volunteers for fundraising and school events
Social Media Coordinator: Create and Maintain Social Media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) for the purpose of communicating the successes and daily ongoings of our school community; Utilize Social Media as a means of marketing the school; Update School Website as needed
