Hornby Arts Survey—Artists
The purpose of this survey is to help inform our programming decision making at this time, to gauge the impact of the pandemic on Hornby's artists and our cultural economy, and to help foster connection and mutual support. The survey is entirely anonymous unless you supply us with your contact details.

While this survey is for artists, we also have a survey for the public. The information you provide will help us articulate the vitality of our arts scene before, during, and after the pandemic. Importantly, this survey will help us leverage support for our arts scene now, and it will add to greater understanding and appreciation for the role of the arts in society. Your contribution will add to the recognition of Hornby's arts scene.
