    International Summer School Augmented Archaeology. Archaeological research projects and modern science (AuAr 2023)

    Nea Paphos – PCMA UW Research Centre in Cyprus
    1. Recruitment to the AuAr 2023 will start at 8:00 on 05.06.2023 and end at 23:59 on 18.06.2023.
    2. Persons interested in participating in the AuAr 2023 must complete and submit the registration form made available at https://pcma.uw.edu.pl/en/2023/05/31/cyprus-auar-2023/  by the deadline indicated in paragraph 1.

    3. In the registration form, the candidate provides personal and contact details and affiliation, includes a cover letter, and agrees to the Organiser's processing of personal data.

    4. Submission of the registration form by the candidate is only possible after acceptance of these rules.

    5. The Organising Team carries out the assessment of applications.

    6. The Organising Team carries out its assessment based on the content of the cover letter.

    7. The result of the recruitment is approved by the Organising Team. There is no right of appeal against the results.

    8. Candidates will be notified of the results of their recruitment to the AuAr 2023 via email, by 03.07.2023.

    9. If the quota of places is not filled, the Organiser will conduct an additional call from 10.07.2023 to 23.07.2023.

    10. Candidates will be notified of the results of the additional recruitment to the AuAr 2023 by 24.07.2023.

    11. A participant of the AuAr 2023 is obliged to sign the declaration of arrival. In the event of non-signing of the declaration, the Organising Committee may invalidate the decision to qualify for the AuAr 2023. The vacated place is taken by the next person from the reserve list.
