Private Investigator Hearing and Licensure Board
The Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) is accepting applications to serve on the Private Investigator Hearing and Licensure Board for a term of four years. The requirements for eligibility are found in UCA § 53-9-104. The position on the board is for a public member who will be appointed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety. Applicants must meet the requirements below:
