The Lincoln Methodist Circuit needs to obtain your contact details to include in the Lincoln Methodist Circuit Directory and to hold the data in the Lincoln Methodist Circuit Office, as you hold an office in the Local Church and/or Lincoln Methodist Circuit. The Personal Data to be included will be your name, and any one or all of your: telephone number, mobile number, and email address. If you provide your postal address it will not be printed in the Circuit Directory but may be used by the Lincoln Methodist Circuit to contact you with regards to events or services which are relevant to the role you are undertaking.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) this data is being collected as it is necessary for our legitimate interests to contact you as a Local Church and/or Lincoln Methodist Circuit office holder.
