Once your confirmation receipt has been generated, go to https://eaglesstudentstore.myschoolcentral.com to pay your $5 dues.   ABSOLUTE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FORM: SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 @ 11:59 PM PST.

1. Semester membership is based on work done in the previous semester. For 9th graders you must have graduated 8th grade with CJSF Honors to qualify this semester. If not, please wait until next semester to apply.

2. You must reapply each semester.

3.  To graduate with CSF Honors you must qualify 4 out of your last 6 semesters, one of them being in your senior year.

4.  A grade of D or F in any course, even in one you cannot use to qualify, disqualifies you from membership at this time.
