1. SOC students are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations, the Student Code of Conduct, and policies of FRCS. Β In addition, they must comply with all SOC legislative rules and regulations.

2. Students who have been expelled from any school district and/or school, public or private, are not eligible for enrollment in FRCS.

3. There will be no tuition or other enrollment costs associated with SOC students attending FRCS other than those costs that are expected of all students attending FRCS.

4. The Flat Rock Community School District will not provide transportation for School of Choice students.

5. Applications will be accepted from March 12, 2024 - August 26, 2024. Β All applications are subject to district approval.
