Please complete this form to register your swimmer(s) for the 2024 Summer Swim Season. Each swimmer will receive a free team t-shirt and swim cap with registration fee. Parents who would like to order additional t-shirts for the family can do so at the end of this form, you will be responsible for $20 per shirt.

Registration Fee is $100.00 per swimmer (includes t-shirt and swim cap)
Pre-Season Practice is $20 per swimmer (Optional)

The Elks Swim Team cannot function without parent volunteers. Each family is REQUIRED to volunteer. Please indicate the areas of interest for volunteering. *

Timing (use a stop watch to time swimmers and record times)

Scoring/Ribbon Writing (help enter swimmers times in the computer and put labels on ribbons)

Clerk of course (lining up swimmers before they go to the blocks at swim meets)

Team Parent (Stay in the team area and call swimmers to ensure they get to Clerk of Course before their event)

Concessions (working in the concession at home meets to collect money or prepare food)

End of Season Events (Banquet and Team Celebration)
