Overview:

This online form is used to register for a kids pottery class with the PEI Potters Studio, a not-for-profit cooperative located in Victoria Park in Charlottetown. Classes are designed to be fun as well as educational. Taught by professional potters, each session runs for a 10 week period.

Registration for an adult class is $275 (check for a separate registration link) and includes a 20lb block of new clay, and for children (this form) ages 9 to 14, it is $210 and includes provided clay.  

Official registration opens Tuesday, December 13, from 7-9pm with link at www.peipottersstudio.com. There is a separate link for the Adult and the Kids classes.  This form is for the Kids classes.

As long as there are more registrants than spaces available, registration will close at 9pm.  If there is still room available, registration will stay open until all spaces are confirmed. If there are more applicants than spaces available, then applicants for the kids class will be selected based on when they registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants will be contacted as soon as possible and they will have 48 hours to make a payment to hold the class space.  


Payment:

We will confirm that we received your registration and that you have a space in the class ASAP.  Please do not send payment until you have received this notification.  After sending the confirmation, you will have 48 hours to make the payment via email money transfer or another method or we will pass on the spot to the next person on the list.

In your class registration confirmation email we will send payment information (email address, security question and answer).  We will send this email to the one entered into the form.  If you are sending payment through a different email account please notify us of the registrant's name.

Storm/illness cancellations:  In the event of an unforeseen event that causes a class to be cancelled (e.g. storm, power outage, instructor illness) a replacement class will be added to the end of the instruction period.  

Email address collection: This is used to send confirmation information about your class registration and to send notifications to you about the class including cancellations. The PEI Potters Studio does not sell or transfer any email or any other information.
