- If you are under the age of 18, please ask your parents, legal guardians or school teachers to submit your designs on your behalf.

- You can submit designs anonymously without sharing your personal information (We will not be able to contact or invite you to the Global Diaspora Assembly 2022 without your contact information).

- By sharing your name and email address with us, you agree to let GDC process your information strictly for the purpose of this logo campaign and/or future correspondences from GDC. GDC complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- All intellectual property / copyrights of your designs will be vested in GDC.

- We may publish shortlisted and selected the designs, which may include your logo ideas and stories behind without asking for further consent. News will be published on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram @GDComeTogether

- The winner will be announced on 18 December 2022 (International Migrants Day) at the Global Diaspora Assembly.

- You may not be informed if your designs are not shortlisted but thank you for your kind contribution.

- Any designs submitted after the deadline of Monday 31 October 2022 (World Cities Day) may not be considered.

- Only images or documents in PDF, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, JPEG and PNG format will be accepted. You can take a picture of your hand drawing and written description of your logo ideas.

- You will submit your logo design here with the use of WeTransfer (further instructions are available on later pages). Your email address is not required to send your design over (therefore all submissions are anonymous, unless otherwise indicated by you in this form).
