We're looking for two dedicated and energetic volunteers to join our Event Tear Down Team. This role is crucial in helping us wrap up the day's activities smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will ensure that the event concludes on a high note, with all supplies and equipment securely packed and ready for transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering Supplies: Collect various event materials, including signage, decorations, and equipment from around the venue.
  • Packing and Loading: Pack these items and load them into the provided U-Haul truck, ensuring they are secure and organized for transport.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members and staff to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Physically able to lift and move items.
  • Organized and able to follow directions for packing and loading.
  • Works well in a team environment and can adapt to changing tasks.

Event Details:

  • Location: Start at the designated meeting point (Caselli Merch Booth) at Fox Raceway.
  • Time Commitment: Please be available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Timeliness and efficiency are key as we aim to conclude the event's activities.
