Scottsdale Leadership’s Core Program is designed to give participants the knowledge, connections, skills and confidence to take on leadership roles in the community.
Access to community decision-makers, opportunities to discuss current community issues, tours of community facilities, and connecting with Scottsdale Leadership alumni are integral to the overall experience.
Your perspective on the applicant’s community involvement and/or professional background will provide the Selection Committee with important information on which to base its decision. Please note, you will not be able to save your answers and return to your reference submission. We suggest that you write your answers in a word doc and then copy paste into the form if you are unable to complete the form in one sitting.
