This is not restricted to APBioNet members and thus open to any Bioinformatics practitioner/enthusiast in the region. The database would serve as a gateway to connect Bioinformatics Educators, Researchers, and Enthusiasts to each other and also with the scientific community at large, addressing the needs of the field from the perspective of research, education and/or services.
