Application to work in the media lab on Fridays during fall quarter
This year, second and third year MLIS students who have been trained to use IS Media Lab workstations may book time on Fridays when the library/lab will be closed to other users. Workstation booking will be subject to approval based on the students' familiarity with the equipment and previous lab training.

Please submit this application form if you are a second or third year MLIS student who would like to request approval for working in the media lab on Fridays during library/lab closed hours. Students who work in the lab on Fridays must agree in writing to follow media lab protocols and agreements as no IS Lab staff will be there to offer support for equipment and open or close the rooms.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll get back to you within two weeks of your submission.
