We are still awaiting further guidance on if we can run a holiday club. We are also mindful that parents are becoming increasingly eager to book places if we are able to open.
To help us plan to open if we are allowed, we are asking for parents to complete this form. This will give us an indication of your requirements.
This form does not guarantee you a place within Holiday Club. Formal bookings will only be made as and when further guidance is issued.
A separate form must be completed per child.
