The Black Alumni@Haas Network Presents:  Cultivating Joy - A Black History Month Wellness Event
In celebration of Black History Month, join hosts Kenny Vaughn, FTMBA 16, Director - Breakline Education, and Stephanie Fujii, FTMBA 04, Executive Coach & Facilitator, as they create a safe space for learning and discussion.

The workshop will address the challenges of uncertainty as well as unpack the importance of cultivating joy in our daily lives.  Seneca Vaughn, East Asian Medicine Practitioner, will share wellness tips to maintain a healthy mind and body, especially during stressful times.  Bring a fellow Haasie along with you to share this unique experience.

This event will take place on Thursday, February 18, 5:30-6:30 pm PST
