How does the school’s theologically rooted Christian vision enable pupils and adults to flourish?
For schools who have attended the introduction to SIAMS 2023 training session (either in this or the previous year) and would like further support in the formation and development of their school's Christian vision.
The session will explore the elements of a Christian vision and allow schools to consider and discuss their priorities for evaluating the effectiveness of their vision.
Schools are encouraged to send more than one delegate to the session and to share their own established vision or the progress they have made to date.
Key areas delivered:
- how a school’s Christian vision underpins its values, strategic plans, policies, curriculum, relationships, spirituality, moral and character development and charity partnerships
- opportunities to consider and discuss their priorities about embedding and evaluating the effectiveness of their own school’s vision
- training supported by new materials as well as practical examples of work from other schools.
For further support with your vision, you may like to book the companion course: Getting to Grips with a Theology of Education
Please book separately for each individual who will be attending the session. You will receive an automated confirmation of your booking from Google forms for your records. A further email will be sent 5 working days prior with event details, to include the Zoom joining instructions.
