As you may be already aware, KCCA with support from the Ministry of Health has embarked on a vaccination campaign against yellow fever in all divisions of Kampala including schools.

The campaign is running starting dates 2nd to 8th April 2024 targeting all people aged 1 to 60 years.

The purpose of this communication is to inform you that the authorities have made arrangements to conduct vaccination exercise for all students in the school.

This communication is intended to request you to sign the consent form below and to allow your child to take part in this campaign, kindly sign and return the form.
