The Ishikawa Alumni Association was established for the purpose of mutual exchange with foreign residents who have lived in Ishikawa for study or training and wish to maintain ties with the prefecture having returned to their home countries. It provides up-to-date information including the monthly "News from Ishikawa Prefecture" newsletter.
