Ruby Bridges Sliding Scale 2020 - 2021
This form is to apply for financial aid for the after school program at Ruby Bridges Elementary for the 2020 - 2021 school year. Please fill out this form completely so we can quickly process your information. This form does not confirm enrollment in the program. We will begin taking application early February and we will be sending out fee information in late March. Enrollment for the program will open in early April 2020. We ask that you show proof of income directly to Helena in-person. Please do not email proof of income or pictures of your W-2, all documentation should be shown in-person.
