Travel expenses from Sendai to Kyoto and Kyoto to Tokyo (or to Osaka) are covered. (Note: Transport costs are reimbursed at actual cost. We need a receipt for the airfare/express train if you travel by air or express train.)
To cover your travel expenses, the following four are possible to travel from Sendai to Kyoto. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Travel to Kyoto on 2nd (Fri), stay near Kyoto on 3rd (Sat) and 4th (Sun)
  • Stay in Sendai on 2nd (Fri), travel to Kyoto on 3rd (Sat), stay near Kyoto on 3rd (Sat) and 4th (Sun)
  • Stay in Sendai on 2nd Dec (Fri) and 3rd Dec (Sat), travel to Kyoto on 4th Dec (Sun), and stay near Kyoto.
  • Stay in Sendai from 2nd Dec (Fri) to 4th Dec (Sun), and travel to Kyoto on 5th Dec (Mon) (in this case, it would be not possible to cover your accommodation fee on 4th (Sun)).

Accommodation for the seminar (for 5th and 6th Dec or 4th to 6th Dec if you stay near Kyoto on 4th Dec) is covered. (Note: Accommodation on 3rd Dec and further accommodation costs are not supported).
