My household would like to participate in a Socially Distanced Halloween Parade, Sunday, October 31st. Please arrive early and get in line before the parade starts at 3:00 PM. Adults and kids are both welcome to dress up and participate. The starting point will be on the sidewalk next to the Desnoyer Park Sign, near the building (Along the Pelham side). We will have a treat bag at the end for all kids participating.

I have read and understand the following guidelines. Please check all boxes below after reading. *

Neighbors attending must not have any symptoms of COVID-19 including: cough, fever, sore throat, muscle aches/headache, change in taste sensation, new fatigue, contact with anyone who has been sick with similar symptoms or COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Cloth or paper masks suggested for everyone, including children to be worn over mouth and nose at all times. DPIA will have a limited number of masks available first-come-first-serve. You will be asked to leave the parade if you do not have a mask. Halloween masks with nose/mouth cutouts are not sufficient.

8-10’ spacing between family groups is encouraged.

Individually wrapped treats will be available for contactless pickup at the end of the parade.
