2023 ESS Jr. Academy Registration 
Thank you for joining us! We are so excited to have you as a part of our program!

The Jr. Academy is an introduction to competitive soccer for boys and girls ages 5-7.  
-The sessions will run from mid-May until the end of June.  
-The program will be once a week while school is in session and three days a week (2 practices and 1 game) for the remainder of June including a final Jamboree soccer tournament.  
The cost is $175 and will include a Jr. Academy t-shirt.  

**If registering more than one child please complete a separate sign-up form for each child.
