Booth Application for Highland County Fair 2023
This form is to make sure that we have the correct information to be able to file a contract with you. Please complete every section below, and then a contract will be emailed to you for the 2023 Highland County Fair.

The fair this year is being held from September 3rd to September 9th, 2023. ALL BOOTHS MUST REMAIN FOR THE DURATION OF THE FAIR, 8AM Sunday to 11PM the following Saturday. You will be able to get in the grounds on Sunday (the 10th) to tear down.

Your booth space will be reserved once the final contract is signed, a copy of your liability insurance is sent in, and your payment is made. At that time, a location will be given to you.

Which booth space option is best for you? *
There are 4 options to choose from, and each is a little different. The booths in the Wharton building will be in the newly renovated building that is temperature controlled with an indoor restroom open to the public. Choosing this booth space does not give you a parking space in the fair grounds. The booths in the Merchants building are in an open building and will come with one parking space in the fair grounds located next to the Merchants building. Outside booths can either come with a tent rental or you can provide your own tent for a lesser charge. Please select below which option you would like. If the space is not available, you will be contacted and another booth space will be offered to you.
Have you ever held a booth space at the Highland County Fair before? (This allows us to be able to look up previous contracts.) *
Fair passes are available to purchase along with your booth space. They are $30.00 each and will get one person in to the fair each day. How many passes do you need? *
