For Student: All 10th graders are required to take the following: Biology, World History, Personal Finance, and Professional Communication if the schedule permits. Pre-AP English placement and Geometry vs. Algebra B and Geometry B placement is based on ACT Aspire scores and teacher recommendation. Please note: Students who failed required courses in 9th grade may be placed back in those courses. *

Sports: Please indicate if you plan to play football or basketball, or both.  You will need a physical by the first day of school.
Electives: If you are playing football, ONLY CHOOSE TWO . Everyone else, please choose three. Please note: students who choose choir or band will automatically be placed in choir and/or band. *

Virtual Arkansas: There are several courses offered online through Virtual Arkansas. List the online courses you might be interested in taking below.  For information on the courses that are available, please email Mrs. Wheeler at awheeler@bartonsd.org 
For Student: Students will receive a copy of their schedule via email and/or pick up dates will be available in the summer. *
