The Y Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- We will refund your ticket until 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference.
- Tickets bought before 1st of January 2021 will have to pay a fee of 1 000 NOK of each cancelled ticket.
- Tickets bought on or after 1st of January 2021 will have to pay a fee of 2 000 NOK of each cancelled ticket.
- If you decide to cancel your tickets prior than 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference, you will not receive a refund.
- However, tickets can be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the conference.
- If you change the name of the ticket holder, I am afraid we can not change the name in the invoice.
- If Y is for some reason have to be cancelled due to government restrictions on public gatherings, all tickets will moved to 2022.
- Y does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses.
- This policies may not be waived under any circumstance.
