2021 Fall Retreat
Complete this form to register for our 2021 Fall Retreat. This form will contain the necessary forms that you will need to print and complete. There will also be a link to for you to pay online. Finally, read through and acknowledge the COVID Statement at the end.

Details:
When: Sept. 24-26 (Friday afternoon - Sunday afternoon)
Where: Lake Levon Camp and Conference Center (8050 Co Rd 735, Princeton, TX 75407)
What: Join us for a relaxing weekend of fellowship and fun!
Cost: $65 (This covers your food from dinner Friday to breakfast Sunday, lodging, and gas.)

The deadline for registration, forms and payment is Tuesday, Sept. 21st. You can submit these to a BSM staff member. A packing list and final details will be emailed out on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd.
