This Participation Agreement is only for CURRENT Vista Magnet students who are already attending. All NEW students will get a separate Participation Agreement in the future.

We are excited to begin a new year with your child at Vista Magnet Middle School. At this school, parents, students and staff work together to ensure that your child receives the best education possible. In order to confirm your child’s continued enrollment into our magnet school, please review the following requirements and sign the form at the bottom of the second page to notify us that you are willing to accept these responsibilities to ensure that we have a productive and successful year together.

Parents: Please review this Participation Agreement with your student. Please complete and agree to all portions of the Vista Magnet Participation Agreement to secure your child's spot for the 2020-2021 school year.
