Official Rules
1. Participants are responsible for bringing all their own equipment and coals
2. Dutch ovens must be set up on fire blanket
3. All entrants must provide a copy of the ingredient list with common allergens highlighted (peanuts, sesame, gluten, soy, dairy, shrimp, etc.)
4. All dishes must be ready to serve by 5 pm (NO EXCEPTIONS)
5. Judging will be done by the audience. Audience members may pay $5 to participate as a judge (to eat). “Judges” will be given 3 tickets to be used for voting on their 3 favorite dishes.
6. All dishes must be cooked on-site at the contest. Any prep needed can be done ahead of time is fine, but the cooking must be done on site.
