Receipts must be from our list of participating member stores. Be sure the entire receipt is completely visible including the name of the store is. Double-check your spelling before submitting your receipt. We are not responsible nor are we legally obligated to send you a gift card if we do not receive your submission, it is illegible, the photo is unclear for any reason, or if you lack the technical skills to submit your receipts via this form. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. After you submit your receipt you'll get a confirmation page.
