We are excited to be assembling a small children's chorus for our summer production of "Cinderella"!  This is primarily our adult/community show, but we have a few places where it makes sense to add some younger kids into the cast to fill out the town scenes. 

We have a very large adult cast for this show (34!), so our spaces to add children are limited.  As such, we are opening up this opportunity exclusively to participants in this years youth productions and the musical cast from Monroe's spring show.  We are not accepting sign-ups from individuals outside of those groups.

At this time we are not looking to do an audition process, but are instead just using a sign-up form to gauge interest.  With an expected adult cast nearing 40, we are only looking to add about 8-10 children into the show (approximate ages 9-13; exceptions may apply for siblings of those involved).  If there is more interest than the 8-10 we are seeking, then we will either make some decisions on how to select children based wholly on interest form submission, or need to schedule an audition window.

General Information for interesting/participating kids:

*SCHEDULING is subject to change as the adult schedule gets built and as we see how the kids are specifically used within the show as rehearsals go underway. 
*Anticipated involvement is in 4 scenes/songs through the show - two in Act 1 and two in Act 2
*Possible consideration to add additional scenes in for some of the children.
*Involvement would require learning of songs, choreography, and general blocking
*Rehearsals for kids would likely begin the week of May 29th; the initial hope is to schedule just 1 rehearsal a week for the kids, hopefully in a 5:45-6:45 window but this is pending scheduling/availability of the selected children.
*Kids would be mostly separate from the adult cast in rehearsal until either the week of July 3rd when we would start adding them in.  Start time would be later - 7pm is when adult rehearsals start and we would try to work kids scenes at the beginning of rehearsal as much as we can.
*During week of July 17th we are in full dress rehearsals on the 17-18-19th - these are 7pm starts and the kids would be at rehearsal until probably 9:30.  We'd know more of end time as we get closer to that week.
*Performances are July 20 and 21 at 7:30pm and July 22 and 23 at 2:30pm
