PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Volunteer work on the Transcaucasian Trail is physically demanding and requires long days in heat, cold, rain, wind, and sometimes even snow. You may hike up to 10 miles/15km a day with a 15–25kg pack. Please describe your preparedness for such conditions:
