Request for after school instrumental/vocal lessons for 2021-2022
Please fill out this form to request extra-curricular music tuition at Springfield for your child next year.

The fee for this tuition will be £65 per term for 11 lessons per term, and the charges for the year will be payable in advance in three termly instalments. Please note that by signing up your child for these lessons, you are committing to the whole year, and will be charged for any lessons they do not attend.

All lessons will take place in the Music Department after school hours, and pupils will receive tuition from carefully selected external providers in small groups organised by stage/standard. Currently, pupils are organised by year group also.

Whilst there may be limited flexibility when arranging times, we are unfortunately unable to ensure lessons take place/do not take place on a particular day of the week.

This year, some lessons have been delivered remotely. Please note, that whilst we hope that face to face lessons will take place at school next year, they will be subject to any future adjustments to our school C-19 risk assessment, and based on government guidance.
