The Ubyssey has a commitment to research, clear and intelligent writing, honesty, accuracy, fairness, balance and transparency in reporting pertaining to UBC’s Vancouver Campus. This Ubyssey is, therefore, accountable for addressing errors, concerns and complaints from readership and others to uphold the paper’s journalistic integrity and mandate.

Complaints and feedback deemed frivolous or vexatious by the editor-in-chief and managing editor will not be considered and will not be responded to. Complaints concerning content previous to The Ubyssey’s 101th volume (2020/21 academic year) will not be considered.
Complainants will receive a written response within one week of sending the original complaint, if not deemed frivolous or vexatious, which will detail Ubyssey steps to rectify concerns including but not limited to corrections, unpublishing and public and private apologies.
The collect email addresses function of Google Forms is enabled in order to provide individuals with a receipt of their complaint.
