We would like to invite you to our 25th Annual Azteca Mexica New Year Ceremony & Celebration on the weekend of March 10-12, 2023 at Emma Prusch Park in San Jose.


SET UP TIMES: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE):

Set up: Friday 3.10.22 (10 AM - 4 PM), Sat & Sun (8 - 10 AM, walk in only)

Sales: Friday 3.10.22 (5 - 9 PM), Sat & Sun (9 - 5 PM)


PRICING:

BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2023
10 X 10 Booth = $350
10 X 15 booth = $500
10 X 20 Booth = $650

AFTER JANUARY 31, 2023
10 X 10 Booth = $400
10 X 15 booth = $550
10 X 20 Booth = $700

Azteca Mexica New Year | Terms & Conditions

* Mexica New Year will occur Rain or Shine.

* Electricity will be provided for lights in the evening.
* Please bring your own Canopy, tables and chairs as necessary.
* All Canopies will need to be staked down, (max 8-12” stakes) or
tied down with (2) 2.5-gallon water jugs on opposite sides of the canopy to prevent flipping.
* Vehicles are NOT allowed to drive on the grass, please stay on the cement paths.
* You will need to bring your own carts/dollies to load items in and out.
* All vendors are responsible for maintaining their site clean, during and after the event.
* Booth assignment will be made as we receive the completed registration and full payment.

* There will be NO refunds under any circumstances.
* In effort to decrease waste, we ask all vendors to please NOT use Plastic Bags.
* This is a cultural event please bring cultural items to sell. No religious items please.
* Overnight security will be provided; however, we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.

2) Once we approve your application, we will send you details on how to make payment.
3) Once we receive your payment in full, we will send you your confirmation letter
