Note: these MasterCourses are all self-study and access is until the end of the Interview period. By settling payment, you agree you understand this. Refunds will not be given for failure to read or change of mind.

Fees
1-2 Interview MasterCourses – $2250 each
3+ Interview MasterCourses $2000 each (save $2250 each)

For example, if you would like the:
- Mastering the Medicine Interview Foundations only = 1 MasterCourse = $2250
- Mastering the Medicine Interview Foundations + WSU =  2 MasterCourses = 2 x $2250 = $4500
- Mastering the Medicine Interview Foundations + 3 Uni MasterCourses (e.g. WSU, UNSW, & CSU Dentistry) = 4 MasterCourses = 4*$2000 = $8000 (SAVE $1000)

Terms of Service
By settling payment for a MasterCourse(s), unless otherwise stated above or in our personal communications, I understand the respective MasterCourse(s) are self-study and access to them is until the date of my UCAT exam, or Interview this year, or this year's testing period, after which they will expire and will not be available for next year's round of official UCAT exams and interviews. I understand that if I purchase a MasterCourse next year, a discounted renewal fee will apply. I understand that the resources I purchase are intended for only me, so if it is found I have been sharing it with others, access to my accounts will be terminated immediately and all payment forfeited and finally, I will be banned for life from purchasing and accessing any services from company Ngo Org Pty Ltd.

MasterCourses – No Change of Mind and No Refund Policy
I understand there is a strict No Change of Mind and No Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of the MasterCourse products, once my purchase is confirmed and payment is made, I understand if I change my mind, there will be no exchanges or refunds offered.
Kindly please consider which products and services suit your needs carefully. 
To date, all of my Mentees and their families have been very satisfied with my products and services.

MasterClasses (Private 1-1) – Pre-payment and No Refunds for No Shows or Cancellations Policy
To ensure fairness and respecting both of our time, I understand there are Pre-Payment and No Cancellation Policies. 

Prepayment at least 24 hours in advance
To reserve and confirm my Private Personalised 1-1 MasterClass, I understand payment must be settled at least 24 hours prior to the MasterClass. 

Late Changes, No-Shows
Changing a MasterClass time is permitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled MasterClass time and notice must be given; pending my schedule availability. Changing or cancelling a MasterClass time less than 24 hours in advance will incur a full session fee.  

A no-show is when a Mentee misses an MasterClass without cancelling. No-shows will incur a full session fee.

Late Arrivals Policy – if a Mentee is late to the scheduled MasterClass Session, the lost time will be forfeited, resulting in the class shortened, in order to keep to schedule.

Ngo Org Pty Ltd is committed to providing open and transparent communication with our Parents. While I strive to meet your highest satisfaction, my schedule is heavy and tight, I simply do not have the capacity to consult outside of the paid scheduled MasterClass, for free.

My time is my livelihood.

Rest assured, after each MasterClass Session, Parents will be SMS'ed summary and feedback.

To respect both of our time, if Students and Parents wish to discuss deeper about specific areas, additional time will need to be booked and charged at the standard rate. 
A quote can be provided on request. 
The minimum is 30 minutes.
