GMS PTO Family Directory
Every year, the GMS PTO puts together a Family Directory with contact information for our students to facilitate communication among our GMS families (i.e., play dates, birthday parties, etc). Due to privacy laws, the school is unable to provide GMS families with the contact information of other students.
Inclusion in this directory is completely voluntary and only those who sign up to be included will receive an electronic copy (it is not disseminated on our Facebook page or school wide). This list is for connecting with friends and may not be used for any other purpose, such as sales.
Please provide the information requested below. You must fill out your child’s name, teacher, grade, and at least one form of contact information. Failure to do so will prevent your information from being included in the directory.
Please note that we must obtain your information and permission to be listed in the family directory each new school year.
