Do you want to connect with a community of people who help each other heal? Inner Circle is going to be a space to discuss trauma, pain and suffering in a safe place. You'll get to connect with like minded people and discuss movement-based topics.

The Inner Circle is a support community for folks who have experienced some type of trauma/dysregulation, or have pain/limited mobility in their body. Whether you are working with a PT, Doctor, or coach, this inner circle would be helpful addition to your healing.

Inner Circle is a space for connection with like-minded people who want to share and grow together using trauma informed movement. We will meet monthly to move and share in an open forum to allow for giving and receiving to compliment your nervous system needs. You will have access to a movement library on my app to support you throughout the month.

No one heals alone!

I invite you to shift from protection to connection and heal trauma in a collective. Join us LIVE for 1.5 hours to practice movement with a supportive community on Zoom. We'll explore different trauma-informed movement practices each month, and have access to a library of movement practices via my app!

The inner circle is designed to give you the physical and emotional tools to survive and thrive during times of trauma. Join other warriors in healing from trauma through empowering, connective movement practices.

This inner circle offers the practical side of healing. You will be expected to move your body daily in order to experience and feel the sensations that present themselves.
