Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel, all monies minus a $200 non-refundable administrative fee will be refunded if you cancel before August 1, 2024 (100 days before the retreat). After August 1, 2024, if you find someone to take your space or we can fill the space, we will refund your money minus a $200 non-refundable administrative fee. If you register after August 1, you must pay in full and the retreat is non-fundable unless we can fill your space minus a $200 non-refundable administrative fee. I understand and agree to the terms of the deposit, payment and cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, "life happens." Whether it's family, work, Mother Nature or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. You can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.

Ability to walk stairs

The resort is built into a jungle, there are plenty of stairs on this property, 176 to be exact. There's an elevation of 215 ft from the beach to the highest point on the property (the Jungle Studio). Please consider this if you have had knee surgery, a hip replacement, or chronic pain that limits your use of stairs. I understand that I will need to be able and capable of walking up and down stairs.

Michael Amster and/or Aylana Zanville and any of their special guests are not liable for loss or damage to baggage or property or for personal injury or death resulting from acts, omissions or negligence of any provider of services or accommodations or due to any other causes beyond the control of or for the loss or additional expenses or inconvenience due to acts or omissions of any carrier or any other supplier of services or facilities caused by weather or for any other reason or by change of schedule or anything other causes. Michael Amster and/or Aylana Zanville also reserve the right to substitute leaders and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable.

Except for transport from Puerto Vallarta airport to Xinalani Retreat Center Michael Amster and/or Aylana Zanville are not liable for your travel arrangements.
