I understand that for each new custom formula to be developed (each project), it will cost the R&D fee ($450~$1000) depending on the formula's complexity. This R&D fee must be paid before YOURS starts the R&D process and creates samples. Also, we may decline your formula development request if it seems impossible to develop the formula for Dropshipping (in this case you don't pay the R&D fee, and we may suggest you to Wholesale plans) *
