Are you interested in women's retreats? *
As UMW at AUMC forms up and develops together we will form circles of service where we ladies can use our spiritual gifts to be the hands and feet of Jesus for our church body and community. Are you interested in serving as a team leader within your area of interest at UMW? UMW leaders will help organize and communicate the goals for the service projects, events, or programs our ladies want to participate in.

At our initial informational UMW meeting, we will talk about the vision we have for UMW at AUMC and we will ask for you to share your ideas and visions as well. Together as a group, we can decide on which upcoming programs and events we will do. We understand not all programs and events will be of interest to everyone and that is ok. God has called each of us to serve within our own gifting and talents. And each lady is in her own season carrying her own unique burdens and joys. UMW can participate in as much or as little as they wish to. What activities interest you most?
Please let us know any other ideas or thoughts you may have. We will talk more in detail at our first meeting. Please know UMW at AUMC is open to all women in our community. We encourage you to invite your friends and share the love of Christ with them.
