Hello! Thank you for your interest in wanting a BD4U puppy for your program! Please fill out the application as best as you can and submit when completed. There are no wrong answers here! This helps me get to know you and your program better and what you are looking for in a puppy.

Becoming a responsible breeder is a serious commitment that the entire family needs to consider and agree to before expanding a program or getting into breeding. We want to ensure that each family member is aware of, willing, and able to accept the responsibilities of doodle ownership.

This application is lengthy but is designed to provide you the opportunity to thoroughly understand, thoughtfully consider the responsibility of owning a BD4U breeding doodle and is intended to make sure you, your program and your home are a good fit for our puppies.

Have no fear-this is NOT a binding agreement that you will be purchasing a Beautiful Doodles 4 U puppy and there is no reservation fee required at this point. However, it is a prerequisite in order to be placed on our Breeders Program Master Reservation Lists.  I have a responsibility to them now, as you will to them in the future. I do not want our dogs to be lost dogs or to be surrendered because of an incompatibility issue nor do I want any of our dogs to be bred irresponsibly. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions, I am here to help you make an informed decision.  

After submitting your application, you will be emailed information on what the Next Steps are if your application has been approved. Please do NOT submit Reservation Fee prior to application being approved.
