1. No Nationality Certificate is required to process passport for children below 15 years of age. 2. No Nationality Certificate or Household Information is required for school admission purpose. Refer http://www.education.gov.bt/?p=11157
3. No Nationality Certificate or Household Information is required to process Birth Certificate from JDWNRH. Refer https://dcrc.mohca.gov.bt/index.php/2022/09/08/notice-from-jdwnrh-on-issuance-of-birth-certificate/
The DCRC would like to thank all the agencies for your consent to leverage ICT platform to enhance the public service delivery.
ELIGIBILITY AND DOCUMENTS RQUIRED IN CASE SOMEONE REQUIRES THIS CERTIFICATE FOR OTHER PURPOSE
This certificate shall be issued only for the purpose of travelling to India without passport for children below 15 years of age and is available from any Civil Registration and Census Offices located in Dzongkhag/Thromde/Department Headquarters.
However, a person aged 15 years and above currently RESIDING ABROAD who has not processed new CID card shall also be issued on completion of required formalities for processing new Citizenship Identity Card. Documents required to avail this service:
1. Recent Passport-size photographs: 2 Nos.
2. Background: White.
3. Facial: Eyes open, forehead & ears clearly visible without glasses and head gear.
4. Dress code: National Dress with exception to children below three years of age. (TEGO and WONJU mandatory for Female).
5. Health Card (Original for aged below 15 years).
6. Duly completed new CID application form and Original Health Card (For a person between 15-17 years of age).
7. Duly completed new CID application form signed by respective Gup/Thromde Ngotshab/Thromde Tshogpa, DCRCO, Dasho Dzongdag/Executive Secretary. (For a person aged 18-25 years)
8. Duly completed new CID application form singed by the respective Gup/Thromde Ngotshab/Thromde Tshogpa, DCRCO, Dasho Dzongdag/Executive Secretary supported with STATEMENT/REPORT of respective Gup/Thromde Ngotshab/Thromde Tshogpa clearly stating reasons for not being able to process CID card on time (For a person aged 25 years and above).
