I acknowledge that my booking is only confirmed once I go to www.beearty.com.au - events - April Retreat and pay my deposit.

I acknowledge that if, for whatever reason, I have to cancel my booking anytime in the ten days before the start of the retreat, I will not be able to receive a refund. The venue requires us to give final numbers ten days before, and we are invoiced based on those numbers, regardless of actual attendance. We will do our best to fill the spot; in that case, we may be able to provide a partial refund.
