Please use this form to nominate an individual and/or yourself for a CSGI Award. The following awards are open for nominations:

 • Petey Peterson Public Service Award: For significant contributions to higher education and institutions of higher education through the support of and efforts advancing LGBTQ awareness.

 • Val DuMontier New Professional Award: Recognition of a new professional (1-5 years in the field) who has made significant contributions in the area of LGBTQ awareness.

 • Dr. Sheltreese D. McCoy Advocacy Award: For significant student or staff advocacy for QTIPOC communities.

 • Dr. D-L Stewart Research Award: For the recognition of completed or ongoing research on LGBTQ+ issues, especially research that supports, engages, and lifts up QTBIPOC people and increases their life chances in postsecondary spaces.

 • Julie B. Elkins Outstanding Service Award: For significant contributions to the CSGI through their support of and efforts for LGBTQ awareness in ACPA.
